Guru Gets Release Date




Victory Venkatesh starrer upcoming sport drama 'Guru' is progressing at brisk pace under the direction of Sudha Kongara and near the completion of the shoot. According to the latest update, the makers are planning to release the movie on 26th January 2017. Earlier they were interested to release the movie as Sankranthi treat but as number of much hyped movies like Megastar Chiranjeevi starrer 'Khaidi No 150' and Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer 'Gautamiputra Satakrani' are arriving on the theaters on the occasion of Pongal, so they dropped the idea and decided to release it on the eve of Republic day. Venkatesh is playing the role of boxing coach, Ritika Singh as female lead whereas Rana Daggubati will be seen in the role of cameo.
